As inventors of the credit card we work on the market Switzerland and Germany from our modern offices in Rapperswil. In the line of our growing success we acquire Diners Club Benelux and France. Therefore we are looking for customer service representatives according to agreement.

Your tasks:

- First contact with our customers
- Written and oral reply to all customer requests
- Care of the customers data
- System inputs and correspondence
- Administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Commercial education
- Experience in the area of customer service of advantage
- Mandatory: Dutch/Flemish and German, English of advantage
- Customer and service orientated
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Independent, exact method of operation
- Flexibility and team ability
